Air Conditioning Service Maintenance:

While you can get the professionals to repair your air conditioning system in the event that it breaks down, it is better to have a regular service maintenance system in place.  Why? 

Because it ensures the unit is running correctly & efficiently which saves you in running costs over time.  I mean really tell me who doesn’t want to save money on their Power Bill?  And also don’t forget that your Car Air Conditioning also requires regular maintenance.

{The Chilled Heat Team} recommend at least Two Services per calender year.

A Chilled Heat Service Maintenance includes:

Clean Coils, Air filters & Panels

Checking the temperature controller for correct operation on heating & cooling

Check  fans are operating correctly

Check & clear drain where applicable

Check that the unit does not rattle, vibrate or make excessive noise

We will replace the batteries in the remote control for FREE if that is required

1. Consider where the unit system will be located in your home
2. What exactly do you want the system to do for you
3. Do you have the correct sized electrical capacity in your home to operate the Air con system.
4. May be it will be required to upgrade your electrical system to accommodate the Air con system? How much will that cost?
5. There are also costs to think about such as the cost of the air conditioner itself, the cost of installation and the cost of maintenance.
6. How long is the Manufactures Warranty? 1 year? 2 years? 5 years?
7. What does the Manufactures Warranty actually cover? Parts Only? Labour & Parts? Compressor Only?
